What does it cost to participate in games or matches on GamerColiseum.com?

All game/match wagers or entry fees, will be determined by individual GC competitors as they register for their particular competition/game of skill. For all games with an entry fee up to and including $5.00, the service fee will be $.50. This service fee is deducted from the $5.00 entry fee. Any game with an entry fee greater than $5.00 will carry a 10% service fee off that entry fee. For example, a match with a $7.00 entry fee will result in a $.70 service fee. So, a Head-to-Head (1 vs. 1) match would result in each participant wagering the $7.00 - $.70 (retained by GC as a service fee). The payout/jackpot for this particular match would be $12.60 ($6.30 x 2). The service fee will not be refunded for any reason after a competitive challenge becomes an accepted challenge. The wager, or entry fee amount will be deducted from your GC account

What if a disconnection occurs during game play?

Unfortunately disconnections are a sporadic and hopefully infrequent component of online video gaming. When a disconnection occurs, players can do one of two things: (1) The player that is behind in points, can concede/forfeit the game, and report the other player as the winner, or (2) Players can keep the scores they had when the disconnection occurred, start another game with the same game play settings/terms, and play out the time that was remaining on the clock when the disconnection occurred.

  • If a disconnection occurs in the fourth quarter of any football game/match, and you are up by greater than or equal to seventeen (17) points, you are the winner/victor. Both competitors should report/confirm the outcome of the game and declare the winner.
  • If a disconnection occurs in the fourth quarter of any basketball game/match, and you are up by greater than or equal to fifteen (15) points, you are the winner/victor. Both competitors should report/confirm the outcome of the game and declare the winner.
  • If a disconnection occurs during a Halo game and you are up by greater than or equal to fifteen (15) kills, you are the winner/victor. All competitors should report/confirm the outcome of the game and declare the winner.
  • If a disconnection occurs during or after the fifth inning of a baseball game, and you are up by greater than or equal to ten (10) runs, you are the winner/victor. Both competitors should report/confirm the outcome of the game and declare the winner.
